Course Enrollment
- All courses include a 7-day free trial period
- During the trial, you get full access to course materials
- To continue after the trial, payment must be completed within 7 days
- Enrollment is confirmed upon receiving your request and approval
- You must provide accurate information during enrollment
Payment Terms
- Course fees are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR)
- Payment is due within 7 days after the free trial period
- We accept various payment methods (details shared upon enrollment)
- All prices are subject to change without prior notice
- Promotional discounts cannot be combined with other offers
Refund Policy
- You may cancel during the 7-day free trial with no charges
- Refund requests after payment will be evaluated case-by-case
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days
- No refunds for courses already completed or substantially accessed
- Contact us within 48 hours of payment for refund requests
Intellectual Property
- All course content is owned by Swotcode
- You may not copy, distribute, or share course materials
- Course access is for personal, non-commercial use only
- Recording or screen capturing sessions is prohibited
- Violation may result in immediate termination of access
User Responsibilities
- Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials
- Attend live sessions as per the schedule provided
- Complete assignments and projects honestly
- Respect instructors and fellow students
- Report any technical issues promptly
Limitation of Liability
- Swotcode provides courses on an "as is" basis
- We do not guarantee specific job placements or outcomes
- We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the course fee paid
- These terms are governed by the laws of India
